I've had a Tivo DVR for about 6 months now. It really does make watching TV much more enjoyable. Aside from the great TV stuff it does it has another cool feature. I finally finished ripping my entire CD collection to MP3 and placed them on my computer upstairs. From the Tivo unit downstairs I am able to play my entire music collection on the downstairs stereo. The data streams over the wireless network and I can use the remote to decide what album I want to hear, or I can put it on shuffle and enjoy a band, album, or even all 3794 songs in random order.
